Indoor, heated, pistol and archery range

Outdoors:

New covered shooting shed, 75’, for pistol, rifle. Black powder and slug range, targets/positions established.

Separate skeet range presently being groomed. Great for archery and skeet.

3-D Archery Range; Twenty-one place 3-D Archery course.

Permanent shooting distances begin at 50’, then go to 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300 yrds. The shooting field is flat for the first 100 yrds. There is a berm at the 100 yrd marker. Farther distance targets are located on a gently rising incline with  a path suitable for vehicles adjacent to it.

Clubhouse for meetings and general purpose use.

Meetings: Monthly meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM.

Joining: Membership dues are set at $25 per year for individuals and $35 for families. Interested parties should contact Calvin Coolidge, Treasurer, at (518) 946-7617 or write Calvin at 284 Glen Road, Jay, New York 12941.  Cal will mail your card which has the new gate combination on it. Thursday Nights Open Shooting for pistol (no magnums ammunition limited to 900 fps due to back stop restrictions) and small bore rifles; Range open @ 6:00 PM or Saturday following the monthly meeting @ 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for  more information call Randy St. Louis @ 518-643-0518
